I just put up an update that cleaned up some stuff, including the opening character select scenes. If that still doesn't fix it, then honestly it's beyond me and I apologize ... hopefully you can download the new version and it works though. Thank you!

there is an issue playing the game cant even start the game loading issue and when i tried to go into character selection it stoped

yep not working right it might be cause of the multiplayer feature
